I went to Tashkent when it still was part of the USSR so I’d like to see if it has changed a lot. I saw your post on the Liberation of Paris – too bad about the weather. I have written 3 posts already on the Liberation and have one more to go, but most people are not interested in the history of Paris – they prefer pictures about Paris than reading about its past, and that is understandable in our “in a hurry” society. <br />I was going to visit the Pasteur Museum when we were in Paris last May, but it was closed as it was a holiday and it was raining too.
