Gloomy sky, but...


Yes, we have had some grey days…, but Paris is still there.

I realised that, on this photo, you can see not only the Sacré Cœur, but also the top of the Opera Garnier, Napoleon on Place Vendôme… and, in the very front, the statue of Thomas Jefferson.

I take the opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year !

I'm with Jeanie...what ARE the odds of capturing all of those landmarks in one shot...did you get a "magical" camera for Christmas?

It seems Paris is overloaded with views of multiple cultural sites.
As for the grey skies, well, here in the US Pacific Northwest one gets used to such gloom.
But, the days are at least getting longer.

To answer two questions: I discovered the Opera and Napoleon when opening the photo on my PC. Next time, I may try to focus better?
