Even birds can be coquettish...

Even birds can be coquettish – this one prepared itself for a minute or so, before taking the pose.

The last couple of days I have had the pleasure to accompany blogger friend Virginia KelserJones during her walks and photographing in Paris, partly joined by our common friend Mary Ruhling Gilbert.

Here are just some photos I took during our walks. (The ladies took many more.)

Love all the photos of Virginia! Especially the one of her seated with her feet up on the side of the pool. I have been following Virginia's blog for ages. Nice to "see her in action" as she 'works' hard photographing Paris for all of her followers. Wishing you a wonderful visit together!

Sorry, had to delete my first comment, Blogger did not let me correct it! (Tsssss...) Here I go again. Your multitasking skills are impressive Peter: While catching a local seabird in the corner of your eye and documenting your friends' most excellent adventures in the French capital, you still manage to capture a variety of Parisian street life scenes! I am in awe. ;-) -- Véronique

You and Virginia are having a grand time! I wish I could be there enjoying it all with two bloggers whose work I love! And of course, the photos are lovely, each and every one.

Peter

That is the sweetest expression you captured on those sweet pigeons.
