Sciatica

I have now moved to my new address… and should be out on the Paris streets, preparing some posts for my blog. However, all the funny movements and too heavy lifting (?) resulted in sciatica. I’m afraid a further pause will be needed.  I will be back soonest!

The move has definitely taken a toll: I don't recognize you at all in this photo. ;-) Feel better soon. V.

That can be very painful!

I had it once and a chiropractor took x-rays that showed the pelvis had tilted pinching a nerve. An adjustment and a small pad under one heal solved the problem.

Good luck.

Dear Peter, I am so sorry that you are suffering injury. May God,speed healing for you. Do pay attention and take it easy. Maybe try a heating pad and then a gel ice pack. I love your blog and am very appreciative for all of your efforts. Thank you so much. God bless you and your family. Your family first. We are here when you are back. C-Marie

Thinking of you, Peter. I've done that myself and I know it's no fun. Heal well.

Malheureusement c'est ce qui arrive quand on porte trop lourd.
Repose ton dos et à bientôt !

How horrible for you! Rest, heat, rest, and relax some more. I've done it too.... hope it will be better soon.

We may get wiser with the advancing years but our bodies unfortunately don't get fitter. I hope that your sciatica disappears quickly.
