Lack of
time to do what I would call a “real post”, so… The other day I was at the Palais
Royal (on which I have posted quite often, see here) and once again I was
impressed to see some roses fighting against the cold.
A little
reminder of my country of birth.

I was just watching a show about France's garden's and how important the roses are to the French and how it got started,, some varieties I actually had in my garden,, the show is done by a "Brit, Monty Don's French Garden's and it is delightful - loved learning about the 'paysan' gardens, in Paris,
and the Heavenly place in the Camargue...
