12.9.14

I'm off again for a little while...

I will be absent from blogging until the end of the month. I will spend some time in Uzbekistan (Samarkand, Bukhara - the Silk Road...) and a few days in Istanbul on the way back. I hope to bring you some souvenir pictures. In the meantime, I made a post about the Pasteur Museum in Paris - see below.

See you again (rather) soon!

I’ll be looking forward to your pictures of Uzbekistan. I went to Tashkent when it still was part of the USSR so I’d like to see if it has changed a lot. I saw your post on the Liberation of Paris – too bad about the weather. I have written 3 posts already on the Liberation and have one more to go, but most people are not interested in the history of Paris – they prefer pictures about Paris than reading about its past, and that is understandable in our “in a hurry” society.
I was going to visit the Pasteur Museum when we were in Paris last May, but it was closed as it was a holiday and it was raining too. So I am pleased to look at your post. Have a good trip!

Savoure et ramène nous des détails à nous raconter comme tu sais si bien le faire. Bon voyage!
