Noah’s Ark in front of the Town Hall

At present a large number of animals are to be found in front of the Paris Town Hall. These animals have already travelled around for a while and were also present during the recent COP21 (Climate Conference) event. They are now easily visible for a while.  The artist is named Gad Well. The material used is a special recyclable acrylic glass.

A lot of panels are there to give you information about the animals and various ecological matters.

Biz. Véro (French Girl in Seattle)

Hi again, M. Peter! I just wanted to share this with you:

It was really nice to wake up this morning because I found a beautiful gift on top of my shoes.
Last night, before going to bed, the entire household left their shoes outside their bedroom door, hoping that the Three Wise Men would come with a gift for each and everyone.

It was Noche de Reyes, the eve of a big holiday called Epiphany, celebrated in many countries around the world. On the breakfast table a "Rosca de Reyes" (a ring-shaped Epiphany cake) is waiting to be eaten.

My late mother was from Barcelona, so we kids inherited her Spaniard culture.
I wanted to share this from Wikipedia with you, but of course you probably know this better than I do.
