July 14th... again.

After some problems with my PC (change of hard disc…), I’m “back”. I was a bit disappointed not being able to show some more pictures from the 14th July fireworks (see previous post). So, here are a few more. Please, consider this as an extra post, the "real one" for the moment is the one below.

Ok, I have ask...is that an enormous disco ball in the center? I can't even conceive of how big that must be up close!

I'm glad you figured out a way to share your photos. I've had similar problems with Blogger wanting to flip my photos. I now compose most of my posts on my computer using LiveWriter, then upload the whole thing. There are spacing issues with that method, but at least Blogger doesn't mess with my pictures anymore!

Well, I'm dazzled. I thought about you the other day, wondering what kind of fun thing you would post for Bastille Day and all the more delighted I couldn't get here sooner, so I could see both sets of photos! Been off computer apart from work lately, so I've much to catch up on! And, I might add, looking forward to it!

Spectacular, Peter, and I wish that I had been there again. I think that to see the fireworks reflected in the Seine with La Tour framing the visual is heaven!

That last one in red just took my breath away!

I think the disco ball is like a jewel dangling there amidst the fireworks. Great shots Peter. Thanks for the lagniappe! :)

Great photos!

RYN: It wasn't a Sinatra video. It was a Mills Brothers video. I'm not sure what Sinatra had to do with it unless his family owns the rights to Mills Brothers stuff.
